Sorting by application submit date in IGAM Pending Applications window Merged

Client would like to add the sorting feature to the Online Applications module. Specifically, it would be useful to sort by the submit date, as well as add this as a column in the view.

    I believe this was meant to say "Application submit date", which is a slightly different field in GIFTS Online than the "request date". Updating to reflect that.
