I've setup dashboard parts specific to each program person, so that they can see only their proposals, reports, payout totals, etc. However, whenever I adjust a dashboard and copy to others', I then have to go into each user's dashboard and adjust the Staff Person to match.

Also, I have a bunch of maintenance dashboard for myself, e.g. for overdue requirements. But since I have to "hard code" the dates, rather than just having a "today" field, I have to go in and adjust every couple weeks so I"m on top of it.
