Occasionally due to human error, a request might be logged into the wrong organization. When this happens, we are able to transfer the request to the new organization and you can see the documents etc relating to the request in there..... BUT...the documents do not get removed from the previous organization, it is essentially duplicated, but because they are somehow linked, if you delete the documents from the incorrect organization, they will also disappear out of the one you have moved the request to. therefore meaning the only way to do it is to download each doc and save it to you computer and then re upload the doc's to the correct organization and then delete the documents from the old record, which is a nuisance and time consuming and could be avoided if everything just transferred with that particular request.
I am running into this same issue but particularly with payments not transferring to the organization I want to retain. Were you able to find a work around? My list of duplicate organizations is getting longer as I am discovering more of them but I can't delete the duplicates if I can't transfer docs and payments.
