If an Application has been submitted for one Form, Client would like new Application (From Different Form) to retain Field information to shorten the Application Fill Out Process. This includes information unrelated to Organization and Contact Fields.
I was surprised that new requests can't be pre-populated from the organization information associated with the login. It really seems like an unnecessary burden for the requester to complete the initial organization and contact inf o, and then have to supply the same info for every subsequent request.
The responses to many of the application questions we ask grantees remains the same from year to year. To save them time, we would like them to be able to pull in the prior year response if need be. Ideally, they would then have the opportunity to update or make changes, but they will not need to completely re-write the response.
