It'd be great if, along with the applications and requirements forms needing to be retrieved, the dashboard part for Online Applications and Reporting would show how many applications are 'in the hopper' so to speak--in that holding pen in IGAM where we've retrieved it but haven't brought it into GO yet.
This would not only help our operations staff (since certain members of our team only bring in Dinners and Events, and others only bring in Foundation Grants--so if one of us retrieves, there could be things in IGAM for days without it being on the other person's radar), it'd also help our program officers around deadline days to see if there are applications that haven't been brought in yet or if they should have everything.
We are currently considering this as part of a concept we are calling the "Applications Inbox", a new-and-improved screen for processing incoming applications. While this feature is only being considered right now and is not finalized, these are some of the things we are currently exploring:
