•Current Function: Currently, if a user wants to withdraw a grant that has been approved and paid, they must cancel the payments, mark the Requirements as done and note them to indicate the grant is withdrawn, then finally Decline the Request

•Desired Function: Recently, a client suggested a Withdraw Grant feature, that would set the grant and all child records to that grant to a new status - Withdrawn

•Reason for Function: The purpose of this function is to lessen workload when dealing with withdrawn grants, as they are treated differently than declined grants among some foundations
