Have an option to have a Requirement contact default to the person who holds the IGAM account

In GO - when a requirement is created the Contact defaults to the contact on the Request record.
This is sometimes different than the owner of the IGAM account that created the record.

We would like an option to have the Requirement contact default to whomever owns the IGAM account
