In GIFTS Online, there is no way in Full Search (even in Advanced Search) to find payments that are appropriated against the Budget Module even though Budget Item is available as a column in the Workspace (using Views) and in Blueprint Forms. 

When reconciling payments, it would be beneficial to see a search of all Payments Appropriated Against the Budget (Payment Has Appropriation/Budget Item).
