•Current Function: Currently in the Review Stage portion of the Admin>Reviews section, users can check the boxes for areas on their form that are Required, but it seems that if these fields are not checked, they won't appear on the form even when it is visible in Blueprint

•Desired Function: Set up tooltips on the Review Stage pages so that users understand what action takes place if the option is checked or unchecked

•Reason for Function: Increase ease of use for the Reviewer Portal, reduce confusion and add clarity to the Review setup process
