•Current Function: Currently for Requests and Payments, only one fiscal year and one budget item can be assigned to one record

•Desired Function: A client requested the ability to assign multiple fiscal years and budget items to requests and payments

•Reason for Function:  Recently, this client had a situation where they were undergoing an acquisition and wanted to attribute some requests and payments to two fiscal years and two different budgets. With this feature added, it would make processing easier for users in these unique situations.
