Currently, a GO IGAM form populates with the first value from its list, despite the fact it it set to populate with No Value. This defeats the purpose of using Required, because although the field is required, it's already populated without any user interaction.By defaulting a value into the field, the user can just blow right past it. They end up not making a deliberate decision.
