For the design aspect of the Reviewer portal, to have a white background would be a desirable aesthetic to some clients. Currently, when they set their header background to be white, the menu items "My Profile" "Change E-mail" "Change Password" "Admin" "Help" and "Logout" are no longer visible, though are accessible if you mouse over them. 

If a user were able to update this item's color, they could use the white background which may work well with their branding.
