A client requested the ability to populate Request fields with data from previously submitted requests on our online Application forms. This is useful for Renewal Grants when asking for goals/funding/information from previous years. Not only would the Applicant benefit since this would make completing the form quicker, but the client would also have less concern over comparing details from multiple years worth of applications.

This would work similarly to Populate Organization and Contact Data from Previous Applications - perhaps a prompt asking the applicant which previous form to use as their reference point might help with data population.
