•Brief Description: Client requests that we add a broader Keyword search for Application History •Current Function: Currently, when searching applications, you can search terms within a specific field; i.e. Disposition is Pending •Desired Function: The client is asking that we create a keyword search that looks through all fields at once as opposed to one field at a time •Reason for Function: Clients report that they would like a broader search to help pull results •Priority: Medium, clients can still search applications, but feel this would increase ease of use
