Our grantees are required to report to us on their grant award one year after receipt of the grant. In our case, grant applicants would apply to us in January and if awarded, would receive payment in late May. We would then require a final report from them the following May or 4 months after MicroEdge has deleted their file attachments. When the grantee clicks on the hyperlink to view attachments to their application, they receive a message stating "File no longer Exists"
This is definitely problematic. The lifespan needs to be expanded.
