Include To: and Cc: information in Document workspace within the Request

Recently, a client asked why the Notes/Long Notes of an Email Document or Activity do not include the To: or Cc: information, so they are not fully sure who the email was sent to. Having this detail in the Notes/Long Notes would be very beneficial to our clients who are trying to keep closer track of their activities.

    This would be a huge help since keeping track of To, Cc, and Bcc info for all emails generated and sent thru Blackbaud Grantmaking is critical for us.  For the moment, I'm having to Bcc myself and save that email in my Outlook, which defeats the purpose of the audit trail in the first place.

    Agreed. We need to be able to track all the recipients of emails. The Activity record currently only tracks the primary recipient. Thank you.
