Add documents to activities Merged

Please add the ability to attach documents to Activities. Currently we can only generate letters and emails from an activity, which seem to be the only documents we can currently have related to Activities. But many times program staff or grants administration receives documents related to/resulting from an activity, such as a site visit or meeting that they want to attach to a organization or request record. Thank you.
