Enable placement of editable custom fields on the Document Form in Blueprint Merged

Client stores a large number of documents in GO and needs to add metadata to assist with searching and retrieval.

It is possible to create custom fields for Activities, but in the Blueprint Document Form designer, it is only possible to add Activity Custom Fields as non-editable external fields.
