Please make the password reset email more legible.

When a grantee or applicant resets their password for their online portal, they receive a message similar to this:

"Per your request, your account password has been changed to {P!]40H{. For security reasons you will be asked to change it when you first log in.
Log in to your account at https://www.grantrequest.com/SID_891?SA=AM to access your forms."

This is a problem for a couple of reasons:

  1. The font comes in pretty small (possibly at 10pt) which makes it hard for a lot of people to read
  2. The password characters have become too complicated for people to read and type out (see password above)
  3. It is too easy for people to copy and paste the password along with the period that comes right after it

I recommend having the password below the paragraph so it looks like this:

"Per your request, your account password has been changed . For security reasons you will be asked to change it when you first log in.
Log in to your account at https://www.grantrequest.com/SID_891?SA=AM and enter the temporary password below to access your forms.

{P!]40H{

(or something easier to read and type out)"
