Primary Organization Contact should Not be required in order to send an email from an Organization record to another Contact (not Primary) associated with the Organization.
It seems overly restrictive to require that an Organization have a Primary Contact before an email template can be used to send an email from the Organization record. Even without an Organization Primary Contact, I should be able to select another contact associated with that Organization and send them an email using an Organization email template.
