Transfer the Blackbaud applicant accounts attached to Outcomes progress updates
Currently, if an applicant account is tied to Outcomes, you cannot transfer the grantee account to a different e-mail address. This currently puts Outcomes enabled applicants at a disadvantage to non-Outcomes enabled applicants.
I just had another grantee have issues with the log in email no longer being available to use and are in need of their account to be transferred. they are working directly with Blackbaud on this. Again, this needs to be an option for administrators to provide assistance to our grantees.
I am 100% on board with this also. there is high turnover in the non profit world and grant writer come and go. they typically use their work email (or heaven forbid their personal email) as the sign on. when they are gone, no one has access to the BB account. They did not use the GROUP functionality which is great for those who know about and like it. Not everyone will use this functionality so what then?
The reality is that development directors have extremely high turnover. Being able to transfer grantee accounts in a basic functionality that should be moved to the front of the line for development. I expect this to become a real problem for us in Q3 and Q4 when grantees start completing midterm and final reports.
I have had 3 issues in the past 6 weeks. I totally agree this needs to be moved up the line for development.
