Search for contacts that have one code, but not another (on one mailing list, but not another)

You can have contacts added to multiple mailing lists. But, for example if they are on the "General Mailing" list code and the "Neighborhood Success" mailing list code I would not like them to show up in my search - Only the "General Mailing" list that do not contain the "Neighborhood Success" too.
