We would like to be able to change the schedule date of existing, previously scheduled payments in batch.  Our funding is paid depending on cash flows and subject to change, and so it is not uncommon for schedule dates to change 3-4 times before final payment.  If we are moving 50+ payments around each time, this takes forever and is very frustrating and slow, but needs to keep changing to help with financial planning as our projections change.
