Recently, a client had an issue where they had completed the two-stage application process with an applicant of theirs, but were so impressed with the Stage 2 form responses that they wanted to publish a different Stage 2 to the applicant to permit them to receive a higher grant. Having this feature could be useful if there is additional information provided beyond the Stage 1 that qualifies the Applicant for more grant moneys. Perhaps having a Stage 3 form with a three-stage process might also apply here.
