It would be nice to be able to:

1. View a list of recently received Requirement forms submitted by grantees, before "retrieving" them. (It's difficult to know what you're retrieving, today, unless you create a search specifically for this purpose).
2. Be able to view an individual Requirement submission from that list (the way we can view Applications).
