Grantees often want to see their upcoming payments specially if they have have multiple grants. Workaround to generate a report then send by email is inefficient and would likely be requested again.
Viewing funding agreements and document submitted will also be useful.

I wanted to let you know that it is possible to publish the status of upcoming payments to the grantee portal, today, by using the "Publish Payments Status" feature, described here. If you're already aware of this or if this feature isn't meeting the needs you're describing, please leave a comment here and help me understand what we could be doing better.
Your suggestion about allowing grantees to view all of the documents related to their grant in one place is a great idea and is definitely something we will consider for the future.
