When working with percentage based coding, if multiple codes are selected, the system currently defaults to 100% to the primary code, thereby leaving secondaries with 0%. If multiple selections are made within a percentage based coding table, I think it's reasonable to assume we'd want some allocation to the other selections. We would find it extremely helpful if the system would default (or have the option to default) to auto update the % allocation based on the number of selections. For example, if two codes selected then the system defaults the allocation to 50/50%, if 4 selected then system auto allocates 25/25/25/25%. For us, the current system default of 100% allocation to only one code means the user must calculate the split and manually update the allocations. Thank you for the consideration.
