Inform users that the passwords to security questions for GIFTS Online are case sensitive

When users use the Forgot Password link in GIFTS Onilne they are prompted to answer security questions which, if answered incorrectly, can lead to the user's account being disabled. 

 

Users would be more aware of how to answer these questions if they are told when entering the answers that they are case sensitive. Currently, there is no prompt anywhere informing users that when responding to these questions that they must answer in the same casing as when the answers were entered. 

 

This leads to a greater number of calls to Support to provide users with password resets.
