When I want to change the wording of a custom outcome, I have to create a new outcome entirely. Then I am left with 2 versions of the same outcome. It would be much better to be able to edit and delete custom outcomes.

Combined with the impossibility of re-ordering outcomes, this is a huge inconvenience.
