This seems to be a programming error, since this text is being added automatically to the document.  This information added is not considered the footer.  Therefore, in the PDF writer instead of selecting "remove all", we must select each date and page number and delete. Let us add our own footers within the PDF writer program we are using or allow us the option to select NO pager number and  NO date.
