Progress reports for our grantees have varying due dates: there is not one time interval that applies to all due dates, for one. For another, some due dates are dependent on the End Date of the project.  Also, No Cost Extensions have the effect of changing remaining due dates.  Furthermore, we have numerous categories of progress reports: narratives, financial statements, four categories of Compliance (human subjects, animal subjects, biological materials and radioactive materials).  Report due dates for the latter are not set by us (the grant administrators), but the Institutional Review Board (IRB).  Right now the only way to set these dates is manually.  The task is enormous, and error prone.
