In addition to tracking specific outcomes, grant evaluation has two other areas of critical importance to use. Leveraging records other grants received by the grantee from sources outside of our grant making organization, *forever*. In other words, leveraging data can come in years after the grant ended, so the Leveraging data entry must be allowed at any time ad infinitum. Further there should be no limit on the number of entries. These features should also be present for a Publications feature. Similar to Leveraging, Publications connects the dissemination of results, lessons learned, scholarship, etc. to grantees and grant making. Again, grantees could have hundreds of Publication entries, in various categories (posters, talks, scholarly journals, etc) over a decade or more after the grant ends. This information is critical to our communication with the state, local, and other governance entities that have a stake in our grant making. Because it is essential to our mission, the information is currently manually entered in a spreadsheet, adding large amounts overhead to our grant administration.
