We recently launched GO and are finding it very frustrating that Client Admin cannot share dashboards to all roles.  We have created a number of standard dashboard parts for all roles and need to share these out which at the moment requires changing my role to the recipient's role each time.  I would like to see two parts to this functionality:

1. Client Admin can share dashboard parts to any role.

2. Client Admin can share dashboard parts to any role on behalf of any other user using the 'Copy from user' functionality.  For example, I should be able to copy parts from a Grants Manager's dashboard and share them to Grants Associate on their behalf.
