Administrators should be able to delete an IGAM account

Applicants and even grantees frequently create online accounts that were created in error. Administrators should be able to delete an IGAM account.

Applicant org created multiple accounts for online applications. When we diagnosed the issue we transferred the account, but the issue is that if they can still access the second (inactive) account, at some point another person from their organization will log in to the secondary account, start creating new applications and call to tell us something is wrong with the system because they cannot see their old applications.

The second online account was created in error from a secondary e-mail that continues to be active for this organization.

Of course we tell the person we resolved the issue with not to access the old account, but with volunteer based non-profit orgs, this kind of info is either not communicated or not retained. This is the third time this has happened with this organization alone (has happened with others as well). I was hoping to simply delete or inactivate the second account so random people from their organization don’t start using it again, thinking it is active because the password reset link works for it.

It would be good to be able to make the account inactive somehow (even if we can’t delete entirely).
