Since our day-to-day contact at a grantee is usually a development officer rather than the primary contact of that organization (i.e. CEO), it would be helpful to have more than one contact associated with each organization. Impact: I would be able to fully utilize automatic reminders for reporting, which go to the development officer rather than the CEO, more efficiently. Now I have to enter a secondary contact for every requirement that I set up.
