Add formatting to email templates in the Template Manager

I see that I can add formatting right here, in this box that I'm typing in - even hyperlinks! - but I can only use plain text in the Template Manager. I'd like to have this functionality in the Template Manager. The ability to add attachments would also be nice.

    Isn't it amazing this was requested in 2018 and we're still waiting for it?

    Please listen and reconsider this one Blackbaud.

    The lack of formatting encourages end-users to use Outlook for sending emails, with the consequence that these are then not recorded in the database.

    And bullets - wouldn't bullets be lovely to add, too? Great suggestion!
