In GIFTS Alta, the Budget had separate columns for "Commited" (Pending) and "Granted" (Approved).   This is a critical distinction in budgeted items.  The "Committed" column in the GO Budget combines both statuses, which is a huge and significant problem for me personally.  It's very important to be able to see in the Budget how much is actually Approved vs. how much is Pending.   I strongly recommend that this distinction be returned to the GO Budget.
