Yes! This would be helpful to us in terms of document management and a timesaver for our applicants.

This would be a huge help, because we get people uploading all the same documents again, and end up with endless multiples that we need to determine if there have been changes made to, etc.  It would also be good if they weren't forced to upload any required documents if they've already been uploaded once.
