If the 'Require entry at lowest level' checkbox is ticked for a multi-level code via Classifications in BBGM and the code is included in a online application form, the 'Edit Codes' function in the Form Designer allows you to not include the lowest level codes.
This means the applicant will receive the following warning when trying to navigate beyond the page that includes the code on it -
‘There was a problem processing your request. You may only select a lowest level code for this question’
They are essentially stuck on that page and are unable to submit their application!
Surely the Form Designer should display a warning to the end user and not allow this to happen?
Also this 'functionality' doesn't appear to be documented anywhere.
This is ideally something we would like to have a fix for. We should have the ability to choose if we want the items we update on the classifications to be mirrored on the application forms. We like to keep things simple for our applicants but internally we have more categories we use.
