Allowing the outlook button to export emails to work for SKY like it worked for classic

    I am not able to use the Outlook add-in at all when using the SKY URL. If this is supposed to work, please show me how to do it so it works. Thank you.

    Outlook Plugin matters that would be good to clarify/confirm:

    1. Authentication details, using the gogiftsonline.com URL, username and password will be unchanged in SKY for existing BBGM Classic users

    2. New users/sites added to SKY - what credentials will they use?

    3. Will the existing URL, username and password authentication method need to change once gogiftsonline.com is deprecated?

    Good Morning,

    I was told the button does not work for Sky view. I can’t add a comment – Can you please send this along to whomever wrote this comment.

    The button only works for Classic is what I was told.

    Hi - for anyone who has voted for this idea, I had a question! Are you experiencing an issue today using the Link to Outlook plugin with Grantmaking SKY view? We don't expect any issues using the current plugin with SKY view today and have not discovered any in testing, so if you are experiencing an issue, please contact our support team at https://support.blackbaud.com. Feel free to comment back here as well if you'd like, but I recommend contacting support any time you're experiencing a technical issue so that we can follow up with you right away and resolve the issue ASAP.
