End date Should be auto calculated after adding Start Date and Term

This ensures the date of the project and the term of the project are correct. This happens in Classic but not SkyPlatform.

This does happen when initially processing grants, but doesn't happen when amending grant project dates which we often do when we have multi year grants or pledges that we then pay out at a later date.
