Tick to select which attachments to send via the 'send to Gifts Online' outlook feature
It would be helpful when we use the 'send to gifts online' in outlook, we are able to tick or untick attachments to send to the gifts records.
Our email signatures on outlook, have logos and links to our social media accounts.
Whenever we send a copy of the email to Gifts through this feature - it adds all 4 logos to the gifts record as seperate activities/attachments. This creates a lot of traffic in our document history and makes it difficult to scroll down and see the documents/emails we actually need.
Is there a way we can stop these logos from uploading - or add a feature to the upload to tick/untick attachments to upload.
Amend: To make this clear- to have a tick option of which attachments you want to upload... for example I may want to tick my word document attachment to upload but untick the logos from uploading.

send to gifts online outlook plug in is no longer a feature with Sky view - so technically this idea can be closed. a new plug in API development would be great though to help with out contact management
Logos etc have not historically downloaded as separate files. There has clearly been either a change to BBGM or the way it interacts with Outlook. It is incredibly annoying and unless they are deleted each time it makes navigation of Documents much more difficult.
