For example, we have a Due diligence check requirement that happens during the application stage - assuming this would be the type of requirement that (from reading above) if we set a contigent against approval for this one to be completed before approval could occur?
But we then have a number of requirements that are created at approval/after approval - some of which are contigent to payment. But we wouldnt want these to be contigent to approval.
