Hello! You can accomplish something similar in SKY view today by following the steps below:
First, the right-hand sidebar is hidden, by default. That way you have more room to work with the main Blueprint form, where you probably spend the most time editing.
To open the sidebar, click any of the names of related records at the top of the page, underneath the record title. For example, on an Organization record, click the name of the Primary Contact (Highlighted below).
You can click and dragon on the border between the main record and the sidebar (just like in classic view) to adjust how much space it takes up. Like in classic, there are limits to how wide or narrow each section can be.
You can also adjust the browser window size, or use your browser's "zoom out" function if you need to see more. (These work much better in SKY view than they did in classic view!)
Of course, if you find yourself needing to do that often, send us a screenshot (you can paste one here if you like) to show us - maybe there's an adjustment we can make to the default that will make things better.
If I misunderstood your suggestion, please comment back here to let me know, and I'll re-open this Idea. Thank you!
