Add fields from review forms into a custom view

I would like to be able to add information out of the review form - into a custom view for my requests.

Currently when viewing a list of requests - and building a new view, I can only add fields from a request record, org record or coding tables.

I want to create a history view which shows request date, no of reviews, review dates, meeting date, approval date, offer letter date - the only things I cant add at the moment is the review information because all the other fields are built in our request form.

Thank you for this feedback! We closed this idea as "already exists" based on our best understanding of your comments, but we know it's possible we misunderstood - if so, please reply back with a comment or feel free to edit the Idea description to clarity, and we will review again and update. Thank you!

Based on our understanding of what you're trying to accomplish, there are two things you can do:

    1. You can create a Saved View for requests, which would let you perform a search for requests and display columns including the total number of reviews. (See screenshot below). You can also add a filter to that if you'd like to only see completed reviews, etc. And of course you can add columns for Request fields like Meeting Date, Requested Amount, etc.

    2. While viewing an individual Request record, you can click the "Reviews" link on the left (under "Related") to view all the related reviews.

      1. If you were hoping to put a summary of that information on the form itself, right next to information like Meeting Date and Requested Amount - unfortunately, you can't do it that exact way in Grantmaking today, but we like the way you think! Reply back and let us know so we can clarify the Idea here for others to upvote.

    Thank you!

Ahh thank you! I didnt realise there was a Total number of reviews in the list.

However, I would also like to pull in the last review submitted date? I see no option for this.

Im basically trying to create a tracker of dates to monitor things being completed within our set timeframes.

Your 2.a point above though - yes it would be good to be able to change the layout of columns here too as a quick look/summary - like if we have passed the review through or declined in :) :)
