SKY: Export more than 500 records to Excel

I just did a search for Requests approved between certain dates and the list contained 759 records. I got a message that I could only export the first 500 from SKY, but in Classic I can do up to 1000. Can this be changed for SKY?

    Admin response

This is available today. While viewing a list, you can click the "More" dropdown and then "Export". Make sure that the toggle is set to "all rows" instead of "selected rows." That should get you all of the results instead of the maximum of 500 selected rows.

Similar to Classic view, you can export large amounts of data, by clicking the ALL Rows option in the Export pop-up box.
The cap needs to be removed entirely, as the cap impacts the amount of data you can choose when you opt for "Find Related" shortcut.

This was frustrating in Classic View with the 1,000 cap, but you could still do it in a clunky way by using the Selecting data from a group of pages.... SKY no longer has these pages in a view.. Our users are not happy about this move, especially if they SKY developer have capped the amount of data you can choose.

I havent tried this in sky but i find the limited of 1000 in classic to still be painful!

Note that you can export either up to 500 Selected Records, or all records (click Export, then the All Rrcords option)
