Some of our staff have reported issues of using Blackbaud Grantmaking (on the SKY UX view) and experiencing migraines, having to squint and noticable more discomfort when using the new view with the white background and grey text, compared with the Blackbaud Grantmaking/GIFTS view.
Could you please (it really would help) add the option of changing the background colour to at least one different, darker colour? It would really help our staff to not have discomfort when using Blackbaud Grantmaking for long periods of time.
Too much white space and the "every other row" highlighting is just too pale of a blue color.
Also, please bring back the ability to customize the column colors. This really helps see information at a glance!
Also, some buttons when you hovver over them they go a darker colour - but not all things do this, for example your dashboard tabs... the text goes bold but its only a very slight change - would be more visually helpful to have them go a dark shade too...like it does elsewhere
I have staff (including myself) that are also struggling with the colouration of the new Sky View - when withing the request record or org record, The individual sections we've created on the form doesnt stand out as much (for example the section header could be in Bold text or another colour maybe?)
Looking at a screen for a long period of time can cause eye strain and light backgrounds often make this much worse. My eyes are sensitive to light and most software these days has a dark theme which alleviates the strain immensely.
