In Classic, when you generated a letter, when you made edits and changes to the letter and saved them, those changes were captured in the system because you were working from the file the system was using. In SKY, the generated letter is downloaded, and is divorced from SKY, which means that you have to remember to re-upload the document if you've made changes. That step is easily overlooked - is there a way to fix that?
