Allow document manager to accept videos

As more funders accept videos in lieu of written reports, there is a need to store these records.

More and more funders are requesting this - in the current infrastructure, uploading videos is not really viable as the system is prone to timing out if the videos files are too large. Plus downloading the videos, if they are submitted is time consuming.

As an alternative funders ask applicants to share links from other sites such as You Tube/Vimeo etc, but it would be great if you could embed videos into the actual application.

This would be useful as well, for the funders as more and more are wanting to use videos to assist applicants with answering questions. These videos act as visual guidance notes that sit alongside the standard written guidance notes.

Thank you for the suggestion. We would love to know more about this request. First, just in case, I want to make sure you are aware that it is possible to upload videos to Blackbaud Grantmaking (they are stored as documents related to other records, just like other files like Word documents or photos).

However, you may have already known that, and had more specific feedback. If that's the case, please let us know! Are you finding it difficult to upload the videos you work with (because of file size or file type limits, upload times, etc.?). Or is it difficult to work with those videos after they're uploaded (i.e. you'd like to be able to preview them better with thumbnails, etc.) Thank you!
