It would be great to be able to select a batch of requirements and download the content of the requirement into a single spreadsheet. Meaning be able to view all the responses to questions created in the requirement in one place. We use requirements for grantees to submit scopes of work - currently we manually cut and paste the responses into a spreadsheet which we then mail merge into our contract file. It would be great if this didn't have to be done manually when we have 100+ grantees.
Does the following work:
Create a Requirements View that includes all the columns that you need
Search for the Requirements you want to work with
In the Search Results window, choose Export from the More menu
The Excel file that is created from the above process should contain the data required for you mail merge.
